About Us

Outsource Asia

Founded by a registered patent agent, Outsource Asia is a virtual assistance agency offering boutique administrative and digital marketing services that support attorneys, busy professionals and small to large businesses all over the world. We provide a cost-effective, efficient, dependable and professional staffing solution to our valued clients.

Unlike other oversea services, we are a U.S. company with staff located in the United States and Asia.  This means that we are able to accommodate multiple time zones and provide low-cost oversea outsourcing, while conforming to all export control laws.

Most importantly, we deliver expert services to support your business by performing more efficiently and economically than an in-house department; we’ve been doing this for years and there aren’t many tasks that we cannot handle.  We can be your primary assistants, or we can support an existing team in your firm.

Whether you are your own boss or the CEO of a company, the most valuable thing you have is time.  You can’t get it back.  And you can’t afford to waste it either.  So click here to learn more about how we can help you save more of it.

Our goal is to maximize our clients’ administrative efficiency, while significantly reducing their cost and increasing profit.

We believe that virtual assistance, when done responsibly and ethically, can provide a competitive advantage to businesses without sacrificing quality of the work product.
